President Donald Trump Claims No Apprentice Tapes Exist Of Him Using Racial Slur
TVLine reports that former Apprentice contestant and former White House aide Omarosa Manigault-Newman is claiming in her new book that President Donald Trump used a racial slur during his time on the hit NBC show. Her book Unhinged: An Insider’s Account of the Trump White House comes along after she released tapes of secretly recorded conversations while she worked at the White House. This included her firing from General John Kelly in the Situation Room, where electronic devices are not allowed. The other is from Trump claiming he didn’t know she was going to be fired.
During an interview with Chuck Todd for Meet the Press, Omarosa said after hearing rumors about the tape featuring Trump using the n-word for two years, she met with “the person who actually has a copy of the tape” in Los Angeles and heard it herself.
She added: “I heard his voice as clear as you and I are sitting here. It confirmed what I feared the most: that Donald Trump is a con and has been masquerading as someone who is actually open to engaging with diverse communities. But when he talks that way, the way he did on this tape, it confirmed that he is truly a racist… This person [who has the tape] is so afraid because of the forces who are working to keep this tape from coming out.”
She did not name who had the tape, but Trump himself said that Apprentice creator Mark Burnett told him no such tape exists.
.@MarkBurnettTV called to say that there are NO TAPES of the Apprentice where I used such a terrible and disgusting word as attributed by Wacky and Deranged Omarosa. I don’t have that word in my vocabulary, and never have. She made it up. Look at her MANY recent quotes saying….

….such wonderful and powerful things about me – a true Champion of Civil Rights – until she got fired. Omarosa had Zero credibility with the Media (they didn’t want interviews) when she worked in the White House. Now that she says bad about me, they will talk to her. Fake News!
