Jurassic World: Dominion is back in action after a delay of a couple of weeks over positive COVID-19 tests. Director Colin Trevorrow has posted to Twitter to confirm that production is back up and running, include a photo of franchise stars Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum.

In truth, the film did not completely shut down after a few crew members tested positive for COVID-19. Variety reports that key cast members shot secondary sequences during the hiatus. With production kicking back in last Friday, the main sequences are now filming again.

The film stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Jake Johnson, Omar Sy Daniella Pineda, Justice Smith, Dern, Neill, Goldblum, and Campbell Scott along with franchise newcomers Mamoudou Athie, DeWanda Wise, Dichen Lachman, and Scott Haze.

The film is currently set to release on June 10th, 2022.
