Quintessa Swindell Joins Black Adam Film As Cyclone

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Black Adam has cast another DC character, casting Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone. Johnson posted to his Twitter account to announce that Swindell (Trinkets) will play Cyclone in the upcoming DC Extended Universe film. Johnson posted:

A pleasure to officially welcome, Quintessa Swindell to our BLACK ADAM cast.
They’ll be taking on the role of CYCLONE.
Can’t wait to work with them and we ready to rumble in the DC jungle.

Production starts spring 2021”

Cyclone was announced at DC FanDome as one of the characters in the film alongside Hawkman and Doctor Fate to set up the Justice Society in America. Aldis Hodge is set to play Hawkman, while Noah Centineo will play Atom Smasher in the film.

Black Adam does not have a release date at this time. Jaume Collet-Serra will direct the film, which was written by Adam Sztykiel.
