Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson Set For The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard

Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson will both be back for the sequel to The Hitman’s Wife, according to a new report. Variety says that the stars are on board to to reprise their roles as Michael Bryce and Darius Kincaid alongside Salma Hayek in The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard.

The sequel will follow Reynolds’ Michael Bryce as he is enlisted by Jackson and Hayek’s characters to join them on a mission along the Amalfi Coast. The original film was a major hit for Lionsgate, grossing $176.6 million worldwide on a $30 million budget.
