As expected, the new Star Wars movie is already on its way to becoming a massive hit. Box Office Mojo reports that the film earned $45 million in Thursday previews, the second-largest preview number in history behind Star Wars: The Force Awakens. It’s also 55% larger than the previews for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story last year.

The film has already earned $60.8 million from fourteen markets, where it started premiering on Wednesday. Disney says the first two days of release are 63% more than Rogue One and only 25% less than The Force Awakens. It got a release in all markets today, including the US, Japan and Spain The only territory without a release is China, where it will open on January 5.

The film is still on track to open to over $200 million. The last film in the main saga, The Force Awakens, opened to $247 million, which is the record. It remains to be seen how high The Last Jedi will go, but given the preview numbers it seems likely that it’ll fall short of that.
