Danny Masterson, who starred in That 70s Show and The Ranch, has been charged with three counts of forcible rape. The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced that the actor was charges with three counts of rape by force or fear in incidents that allegedly took place from 2001 through 2003. Masterson was arrested at 11:30 AM per THR with bond set at $3.3 million. He bonded out at 2:44 PM, with arraignment scheduled for September 18th.

The DA’s office stated that Masterson allegedly raped a 23 year-old woman between January and December of 2001, and then a 28 year-old woman in April of 2003. Finally, between October and December of that year he allegedly raped a 23 year-old woman. All three alleged crimes happened at Masterson’s home. If convicted of all counts, Masterson faces up to 45 years to life in state prison.

Masterson was fired from The Ranch back in December of 2017 due to allegations from four women accusing Masterson of raping them. A fifth accusation was levied after the fact. Masterson has denied the allegations against him.

The DA’s office declined to file sexual assault charges in the other two cases against Masterson. One case had no charges filed due to insufficient evidence, while the statute of limitations had passed for the other one.
