The Battle Begins in Promo For Next Week’s Game of Thrones

A promo for next week’s episode of Game of Thrones is here, and teases the beginning of the great battle between the living and dead. HBO released the promo following tonight’s episode; you can see it below.

The promo shows a lot of ominous staring as our protagonists await the start of the battle, and then some final moments before Brienne orders her men to stand their ground. The episode therefore looks to kick off the big battle, which reportedly took fifty-five days to shoot for what is believed to be the longest sustained action sequence ever made for television or film.
