The seventh season of The Flash has put a temporary stop on production after someone working on the show tested positive for COVID-19. Deadline reports that filming on the series was paused after a team member had an asymptomatic diagnosis of the virus, which was confirmed by Warner Bros. TV’s testing protocols.

The site notes that contact tracing has been initiated and that potential close contacts are self-isolating, while Warner Bros. is looking at changes to the production schedule in order to resume filming without the affected employee and those contacts.

The seventh season is currently in production, with plans to premiere at midseason like much of The CW’s other shows.
