The Mandalorian Officially Renewed, Season Two Set for Fall 2020

To the surprise of few, The Mandalorian will be back for a second season next year. Jon Favreau posted to Twitter following the season finale to confirm that the Disney+ Star Wars show will be back for its second season in the fall of 2020.
The series has been a big driver for Disney+’s early success, drawing rave reviews and inspiring a ton of positive conversation online to help push the nascent streaming service’s subscriber numbers. The series stars Pedro Pascal (Game of Thrones) as the titular bounty hunter in the first season alongside Carl Weathers as Greef Karga, Gina Carano as Cara Dune and Nick Nolte as Kuiil.
