The Rock Announces Premiere Date For The Titan Games Season Two

Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Titan Games is coming back for its second season next month, as announced by The Great One on Instagram today. The actor/former wrestler announced during a live Instagram stream (per PopCulture.com) that the show will premiere with an “epic two-hour event” on May 25th on NBC.

Johnson said in the announcement, “Really excited about this announcement. I miss my sports. I miss the hell out of my sports … We are getting ready on Memorial Day to bring back The Titan Games. Titan Games Season 2.”

All 13 episodes of the new season were recorded before the shutdown caused by COVID-19. THe show will return to a one-hour 8 PM ET timeslot on June 1st. The new season will include Olympic gold medalists, NFL Super Bowl champions, and UFC champions among others competing with a grand prize of $100,000 to the winner. If one of the pros wins, the money goes to a charity of their choice.

Johnson is thew host and executive producer of the show, which premiered its first season in January of 2019.
