The Rock Reveals Filming On Black Adam Has Begun

DC’s Black Adam has begun production, as revealed by star Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. The People’s Champion posted to Instagram to reveal that principle photography has officially begun on the comic book film, which stars Johnson in the titular role alongside Noah Centineo as Atom Smasher, Quintessa Swindell as Cyclone, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman, Pierce Brosnan as Doctor Fate, and Sarah Shahi and Marwan Kenzari in as-yet-unrevealed roles.

Jaume Collet-Serra is directing the film from a script by Rory Haines and Sohrab Noshiryani. It is set to be released on July 29th, 2022.

Johnson wrote:
