The first trailer for Marvel’s WandaVision is online, teasing an charming yet ominously off-kilter tone for the Disney+ series. The trailer debuted during tonight’s 72 Annual Emmy Awards telecast, and you can check it out below. The trailer teases the Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Vision (Paul Bettany) living a black-and-white life of domestic bliss, until things start to go awry. There looks to be a fair amount of humor as well, shown in presentations of the two characters in cheesy versions of their comic books looks among other moments.

There is no set premiere date for the series, which will air exclusively on Disney’s streaming service. A recent Disney+ trailer for the rest of 2020 included a quick shot of the show, but a 2020 debut date is not yet confirmed beyond that.

The show is described as follows:

“Starring Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany, WandaVision marks the first series from Marvel Studios streaming exclusively on Disney+. The series is a blend of classic television and the Marvel Cinematic Universe in which Wanda Maximoff and Vision—two super-powered beings living idealized suburban lives—begin to suspect that everything is not as it seems.”
