Tom Holland Falls Apart In Trailer For Russo Brothers’ Cherry

Tom Holland will be back on screens soon in the Russo Brothers’ Cherry, and the first trailer reveals his role is a stark departure in tone for the Spider-Man star. You can see the trailer below for the crime drama, which stars Holland as an Army medic whose PTSD leads him to drug addiction and bank robbery.

The film is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, who directed Holland in the last two Avengers films. This is their first directorial effort since those films, though they produced last year’s Extraction for Netflix (which Joe wrote) and as well as 2019’s 21 Bridges.

The film is based on Nico Walker’s novel that he based on his real life experiences and also stars Ciara Bravo, Jack Reynor, Forrest Goodluck, and Michael Gandolfini. The film hits select on February 26th before arriving on Apple TV+ on March 12th.
