The trailer for The Mandalorian is set to be unveiled later this week when it arrives at D23. THR reports that a trailer for the highly-anticipated Disney+ Star Wars series will be unveiled at D23 Expo in Anaheim on Friday, August 23rd.

It is worth noting that, at this time, there’s no confirmation that the trailer will be released publicly. When some footage was shown off at Star Wars Celebration in April, it was not ultimately put online. However, with just under three months to go until the series premieres as part of the Disney+ launch on November 12th, it would make sense for this trailer to be put out for the general public, the way that the Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker trailer that was released online immediately after its unveiling at Star Wars Celebration.

The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Carl Weathers, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog and Nick Nolte and is described as follows:

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.
