The Wayward Sisters Will Be Back For Supernatural Season Fourteen
While their spinoff series didn’t happen, all of the Wayward Sisters will be back for the fourteenth season of Supernatural. EW has confirmed with writer Andrew Dabb that Jody Mills (Kim Rhodes), Donna Hanscum (Briana Buckmaster), Claire Novak (Kathryn Newton), Alex Jones (Katherine Ramdeen), Patience Tuner (Clark Backo), and Kaia Nieves (Yadira Guevara Prip) will be back for multiple episodes in the upcoming run.
“All of the characters are going to make their return one way or the other,” Dabb said. “We have found a way to fold [them] organically into the plot line, and some of the hanging chads from the pilot last year ended up dovetailing nicely with some of the stuff Michael’s looking to do, and some of the stuff that’s going on in our world just generally. It all folds together pretty well, but they’ll definitely be in multiple episodes this season.”
The Wayward Sisters was pitched via a backdoor pilot in season thirteen, though the network didn’t bite due to their heavy amount of pilot pickups and scheduling reasons. Supernatural season fourteen is set to return on October 11th on the network.
