Guns N’ Roses frontman Axl Rose revealed that the band was recently detained at the Canadian border after authorities discovered a gun on their vehicle. You can check out a video of Rose sharing the story during a live performance at last night’s Rogers Centre in Toronto on July 16.

Billboard reports that representative for the band confirmed the story was real and happened on Friday, July 15 when the band was crossing the border after the Philadelphia tour stop. The representative claimed the gun did not belong to any member of the band.
