The lawyer for Chris Brown’s rape accuser, Frank Serfati, has told the Associated Press (h/t TMZ) that his client was under “great psychological pressure” to have sex with Brown even though she “was not pressured physically” and maintained that the sex was “non-consensual.”

Serfati says that Brown “cornered her in a room that was locked,” that “there were forced sexual relations” and that his client “was only with men, older men, men who you imagine to be buff.”

All this comes after reports that French authorities released Brown without any conditions because they found the accuser’s story “impossible to believe.”

Meanwhile, Brown has released a new t-shirt through his t-shirt company, Black Pyramid, which features the text “This B*tch Lyin’.” This follows news that he has filed a lawsuit against his accuser.
