Courtney Love Warned Actresses To Stay Away From Harvey Weinstein In 2005

As more details are revealed about the Harvey Weinstein scandal, it seems that more and more people knew about his behavior. The producer has been accused of sexually harassing and assaulting mulitple actresses, with some even accusing Weinstein of rape. TMZ reports that a new video is going viral the from red carpet event for the Pamela Anderson Comedy Central Roast, in which Courtney Love warns actresses to stay away from Weinstein.

When asked if she had any advice for young girls wanting to have careers in Hollywood, she said: “I’ll get libeled if I say it. If Harvey Weinstein invites you to a private party in the Four Seasons, don’t go.

TMZ noted that Love has been seen in public with Weinstein in the past and linked to a video showing them interacting (along with Jessica Chastain) at the Sunset Tower Hotel in 2012. However, Love denied that she’s ever been a victim of his.

She said: “Although I wasn’t one of his victims, I was eternally banned by CAA for speaking out against Harvey Weinstein.
