TMZ reports that two temporary crew members for The Weeknd’s XO Tour are now being investigated by police for rape, which a woman claims happened backstage after a concert at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Weeknd was not in the building when the alleged crime happened and is in no way involved with the case.

The woman filed a report with the police station at Ohio State University last Wednesday morning. She was said to be in a backstage area with the two accused crew members. A source added that it was possible one of them filmed the assault. Employees hired for tours can change depending on the city and the suspects were not a part of The Weeknd’s regular group.

Police believe that all parties were drunk. The report indicates that “hands, feet and teeth” were the “weapons” used in the attack. No arrests have been made at this time.

The tour manager and Live Nation team said in a statement: “Upon learning of the accusations that two members of our tour staff are facing, we immediately terminated their employment. We are working with the authorities to ensure they have access to any information or assistance they may need.
