TMZ reports that former Faith No More singer Chucky Mosley has been found dead at the age of 57 from what’s suspected to be a heroin overdose. His body was found last Thursday by a friend and his longtime partner Pip Logan in their home in Cleveland.

When asked by police, Logan said she last saw him at 11 AM that day. She and the friend came back just before 8 PM and found Mosley on the living room floor. Police found two syringes, a baggie and a spoon with some residue near Mosley’s body. His family said his death was “due to the disease of addiction.” However, it will take weeks before the Medical Examiner has concluded the toxicology report.

Mosley was the frontman for the band between 1984 and 1988, replacing Courtney Love.

411 would like to give our condolences to his family, friends and fans.
