During a January 9th interview with Power 106, the rapper was asked about the furor around Lifetime documentary about Kelly and said that people need to stop talking about him so he goes away.

“Man, who is that?” he when asked about the controversy. “I thought we had forgot about that…We giving it too much attention. When you give things too much attention, they blow up. That’s why he gon’ blow up. That’s why his music gonna do what it did ’cause y’all keep talkin’ about it. Stop talking about it, it’ll go away… Behind the scenes, there’s supposed to be things done how they’re supposed to be done. Stop giving it negative attention.”

Future and Kelly previously worked together on the 2012 track “Parachute.” Kelly is currently facing a criminally investigation in Georgia, with prosecutors seeking alleged victims in Chicago willing to come forward.
