The Fyre Festival debacle has gained a lot of notoriety as of late due to the recent documentaries Fyre Festival: The Greatest Party That Never Happened on Netflix and Fyre Fraud on Hulu. Rapper Ja Rule and festival creator Billy McFarland were both involved in conceiving the festival. Rapper Ja Rule has taken to Twitter proclaiming that he would “never scam or fraud anyone.”

Ja Rule was involved in the festival’s marketing and development. The festival broke down due to broken sewage facilities, stranded festival attendees, and grounds that were filled with trash.

Ja Rule attempted to defend himself in a series of tweets this week and even responded to some angry tweets and claims. Also, he attempted to lay blame elsewhere, including Billy McFarland. You can check those tweets out below.
