Kanye West is done with the political game, stating that he was used to spread the “Blexit” movement that he doesn’t support. West posted a series of tweets in which he accused Blexit founder Candace Owens of “using” him to spread her message, which he doesn’t believe in. West went on to say that “I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative.” Blexit refers to Owens’ campaign to urge black voters to exit the Democratic party.

West said he never wanted to be associated with Blexit — the movement to get black people to leave the Democratic party — noting of the apparel he was credited with designing, “I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn’t want their name on it so she used mine. I never wanted any association with Blexit. I have nothing to do with it.”
