Kendrick Lamar, Ed Sheeran Rule 2018 Billboard Music Awards

Kendrick Lamar and Ed Sheeran were the biggest winners at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards. Two two artists led the way on the winners list by taking home six awards each. Lamar won Top Streaming Songs Artist, Top Rap Artist, and Top Male Rap Artist, as well as Top Billboard 200 Album and Top Rap Album for DAMN., plus Top Streaming Song for “Humble.” Meanwhile, Sheeran took home the award for Top Overall Artist, Top Male Artist and Top 100 Artist. He also won Top Sales Songs and Top Radio Songs Artist, and Top Radio Song for his megahit “Shape Of You.”

Coming in with five awards each were Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee for “Despacito,” as well as Bruno Mars. Mars won awards for Top R&B Artist, Top Male R&B Artist, Top R&B Tour, >Top R&B Album (24K Magic) and Top R&B Song (“That’s What I Like”).
