Lil Wayne is threatening to sue Martin Shkreli over his leak of tracks off of Tha Carter V. TMZ reports that lawyers for Wayne and Universal Music Group have sent separate cease-and-desist letters to the former pharmaceutical executive after he leaked more music from the album earlier this month. This comes after Shkreli, who has become known as an internet troll since his infamous jacking up the price of an AIDS medicataion, previously played the record online back in December.

The site notes that Wayne didn’t sue initially because Shkreli promised he wouldn’t do it again, but that vow was obviously broken. Wayne reportedly believes Shkreli is just doing it for attention but the next time he does it, a lawsuit will be filed. Tha Carter V has been the target of a long-standing lawsuit between Wayne and Cash Money Records, whom Wayne says has breached their contract by not releasing.
