Lily Allen Could Release Comeback Single Next Spring

August 20, 2013 | Posted by Joseph Lee

NME reports that Lily Allen may release her comeback single in either March or April next year. She has been back in the studio with producer Greg Kurstin, who worked with her on her last album (2009’s It’s Not Me, It’s You). In May, she said it was “shaping up pretty well” and will feature songs “about babies and nappies”. She gave birth to her second child, Marnie, on January 8.

In a Twitter conversation about single release dates, she wrote:

She got back on the charts in July as a featured guest on Pink’s single “True Love”, which went to #16 on the UK singles chart. She also made a cameo in the video.
