TMZ reports that the Los Angeles County Coroner’s Office has released its toxicology report on Mac Miller, revealing the rapper died of “mixed drug toxicity.” This includes a mix of fentanyl, cocaine and alcohol. It was described as an accidental overdose.

Miller died in September. He was found in his bedroom in the San Fernando Valley around 12 PM. A friend called 911 and first responders were called for a cardiac arrest. He was found by his assistant in a “praying position”, kneeling forward with his face on his knees. During the 911 call, his assistant said that Miller was “blue.” There was a scrape on his nose a quarter of an inch in size. He also had blood coming out of one of his nostrils.

Meanwhile, an empty bottle of alcohol was near his body on a nightstand, with a bottle of prescription pills in the bathroom. The pills found in the home include Xanax, Oxycodone, Hydrocodone, and Adderall. A $20 bill was found in his right pocket, rolled up with a “white powdery residue” on it. Each drug on its own wasn’t enough to kill him, but it was the mixture that did it.
