Meek Mill has appealed his prison sentence over his probation violation due to allegations about the judge’s bias against him. TMZ reports that Mill’s lawyer has filed the paperwork which asks a higher court to dismiss the prison sentence.

The judge in the case, Genece Brinkley, is being investigated by the FBI over concerns over the case. Mill claims that Brinkley has had it out for him after he refused to change managers to one that she was friendly with.

The rapper’s lawyers have ordered a full transcript to show the appeals court that the judge is prejudiced.
