Meek Mill is filing a motion to ask the judge in his case to recuse herself. Mill will also file a complaint with the judicial conduct board, according to TMZ. Mill’s lawyer Joe Tacopina told the site that he’s filing the motions because he claims the judge has a personal vendetta against Mill.

According to Tacopina, the judge is angry at Mill because he wouldn’t Boyz II Men song with a reference to her in the middle. He believes her anger contributed to the harsh two to four year sentence for violating his probation and will be be applying to Pennsylvania’s Board of Pardons as well as the other two motions.
