Auburn, Washington police have released the evidence gathered in Nelly’s rape case. TMZ has the photos and surveillance video that police collected in the case, which was dropped after the alleged victim refused to testify.

The investigation was completed last month and included video of Nelly and the accuser leaving a Seattle nightclub and getting onto his tour bus. It also shows the moment when she leaves the bus and calls police to report the alleged rape. You can see the video below.

According to the documents, the accuser and Nelly’s versions of what happened on the bus differ greatly. Nelly said the two had oral and vaginal intercourse that was consensual and that Green removed her own clothing. He says he didn’t use a condom but also didn’t ejaculate. He said the accuser got upset because she thought he was involved with one of his dancers who was on the buss.

The alleged victim said that Nelly forcefully removed her pants and tossed her onto the bed, talking aggressively dirty to her while he forcibly raped her. She believed he had ejaculated inside her and on both her backside and front. She says Nelly offered her $2,500 to stay on the bus until the next stop. When she said she wasn’t a prostitute, someone allegedly pushed her off the buss and Nelly threw a $100 bill at her. Nelly says he handed her the $100.
