TMZ has an update in the ongoing case for R. Kelly, who is accused of having sex with minors. According to the latest report, a grand jury in Chicago has heard testimony from two women who allege that R. Kelly had sex with minors. Per the report, one of the women turned over what was described as physical evidence.

Per the report, the alleged victim who testified said she was underage when she had sex with R. Kelly in Illinois between 2008 and 2010. Her testimony included physical evidence that can apparently back her allegations. The nature of the evidence is currently unknown.

The second alleged victim reportedly told the grand jury that she had knowledge of sexual encounters between the singer and underage girls. Additionally, she is said to have corroborated details that were revealed in the Lifetime docuseries Surviving R. Kelly.

Also, the grand jury has reportedly seen as many as a dozen accusers who have come forward to testify since it started. This comes after Michael Avenatti reportedly located a new sex tape allegedly involves R. Kelly and a minor, who is said to be 14 years old.

The lawyer for the singer, Steven Greenberg, stated that he’s unaware of a grand jury being formed.
