TMZ has another report in the ongoing litigation for singer R. Kelly, who was recently charged with 10 counts of sexual abuse. Per the latest report, attorney Mike Avenatti plans to turn over another sex tape over to the prosecutors for the tape. Sources are claiming it’s even more shocking and graphic than the last one involving R. Kelly.

Avenatti is reportedly set to turn over a “55-minute VHS video” today (Feb. 25) to Cook County prosecutors. The tape allegedly shows the singer having sex with the same 14-year-old girl in the first video that Avenatti obtained and was said to have been shot in 1999. The new video in question was said to have been shot in 2000.

The video allegedly makes multiple references to the girl’s age. Sources claim that it features the singer “coaching” the girl through sexual acts.

Additionally, the report states that Avenatti is currently in the process of obtaining a third tape involving R. Kelly and a different girl. This alleged victim was said to be between 13 and 16 at the time. The person in possession of the video has reportedly been identified by Avenatti’s legal team, who is attempting to gain access to it.

Earlier today, Avenatti claimed that the race of the victims is the cause of the delay of justice for R. Kelly. Avenattie stated: “This man deserves to be locked up for the rest of his life. And the fact of the matter is — and I’m going to call it like I see it — had these victims not been black and had they not come from in many cases disadvantaged households or households of a lower socio-economic status, this guy would not be walking free today.”
