TMZ reports that prosecutors in the R. Kelly case have revealed that they do have evidence proving that the singer took women across state lines for sexual purposes in the form of flight records, birth certificates for many of the women, hotel invoices, bank documents, Uber documents, text messages, and more.

A few of the hotels that were used include the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel, Foxwoods Casino in Connecticut, and Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.

Prosecutors are attempting to establish that Kelly violated the Mann Act which makes it a crime to transport people across state lines for sexual reasons.

Kelly is currently being held in an Illinois jail as he faces charges in New York federal court, Illinois federal court, Illinois state court, and Minnesota state court.
