August 9, 2017 | Posted by Joseph Lee

It’s official. Spotify is now on Xbox One. The Verge reports that the app was launched yesterday. It reportedly has a look and feel similar to the app on Android TV and Playstation 4. It’s available for free and premium users. It also supports Spotify connect, so users can log into the app using their phone, as well as control playback/volume from other devices. It also includes asses to gaming playlists and personal playlists. The app can run in the background, playing music during games. Feedback and volume can be controlled from the Xbox One guide or another device. It’s currently available in 34 countries through the Xbox Store.
