Taylor Swift testified on Thursday in the defamation trial over her claims that a Denver DJ groped her during a public appearance. TMZ reports that Swift took the stand to give her side of the story regarding the 2013 incident, in which she said David Mueller grabbed her behind under her skirt.

Swift testified, “He did not touch my rib. He did not touch my hand. He grabbed my bare ass,” Swift testified. She added, “He stayed latched on to my bare ass…as I moved away from him visibly uncomfortable…It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before … He grabbed my ass underneath my skirt. It was underneath my skirt.”

Swift has been sued by Mueller for defemation after she initially made the claims. Swift has counter-sued, though only for $1 because her lawyer said it was about the principle. Swift has labeled the alleged action as a form of sexual assault.

Mueller’s laywer questioned by Swift continued to do the meet-and-greet with fans after the moment where the grope allegedly happened, to which she sayd she didn’t want to disappoint her fans. When the laywer said that Swift could have taken a break from the event, she replied. “And your client could have taken a normal photo with me.”

Mueller has denied that the groping happened at all.
