R. Kelly has two more accusers levelling charges of sexual misconduct against him. TMZ reports that Latresa Scaff and Rochelle Washington spoke at a press conference in New York City accusing the R&B singer of using his fame in 1995 to manipulate them into taking drugs and alcohol, after which he took advantage of them. Both women say they were teenagers at the time. Kelly was twenty-eight at the time.

The women are represented by Gloria Allred, who said their story fits the pattern of predatory behavior that Kelly has allegedly displayed. That behavior has become the focus of allegations that he has emotionally, mentally and sexually abused several underage girls.

The two women spoke, with Scaff providing a detailed account of her experiences. She says she was fifteen, and Washington was fifteen, when they met Kelly at an after-party for a Kelly/LL Cool J gig in Baltimore, Maryland. According to Scaff, Kelly saw them and had someone in his crew give them drugs and alcohol despite their being underage and then invited them to Kelly’s hotel. They arrived before the singer and called a local radio show, saying they were in Kelly’s hotel room.

According to Scaff, Kelly showed up with his privates exposed, and tried to talk them into a threesome. After Washington declined and went to hide in the bathroom, Kelly had sex with her (Scaff) without her consent. He left the room shortly after finishing and they never hard from him again.

The accusations come as Kelly is reportedly facing a grand jury over at least one and perhaps two new sex tapes have been uncovered featuring Kelly and an underage girl.
