AEW Reportedly Has A ‘Talent Playbook’ With Company Policies And More

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that AEW has a ‘talent playbook’ that it gives to its wrestlers which includes a variety of policies and protocols. According to the report, the manual incudes the AEW drug policy, concussion protocol, hydration and more.

It was also noted that AEW has a mental health resource for staff. There has also been training for concussions, hydration and maintaining mental and physical health.
