Alexa Bliss’ WWE Return Reportedly Gaining Hollywood Buzz

– As noted, former WWE Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss made her long-awaited return to WWE last Saturday at the Royal Rumble, competing in the women’s Rumble match. PWInsider Elite (via WrestlingInc.com) reports that the big reaction for Bliss’ return at the Rumble is reportedly gained attention in Hollywood. This is said to be due to WWE now streaming on Netflix.
The report indicates that the entertainment world is now interested in casting WWE stars in more movies and TV shows. Bliss herself has made appearances in Punky Brewster and Fight Like a Girl. She also recently joined the cast of the Netflix anime series, Sakamoto Days, voicing Obiguro in the show’s English dub.
Alexa Bliss had been away from WWE for almost two years due to being on maternity leave and some other physical injuries. She reportedly signed a new five-year contract before she made her television return.
