Andrade El Idolo Responds to Kenny Omega, Ready to Demonstrate His ‘Success in the Ring’
– Earlier this week, AEW World champion Kenny Omega commented on newly signed AEW wrestler, Andrade El Idolo, eventually wanting a shot at the world title. Omega tweeted, “I checked the win/loss record. He ain’t even close. Wins and losses count here, brah.” That later drew a response from Andrade, who replied to Omega via Twitter earlier today.
Andrade El Idolo wrote to Omega, “#Tranquilo amigo. I got tired of being in a company that only talks like you, I decided to resign to demonstrate my success in the ring, mr win…. enjoy your time.”
Omega and Andrade are scheduled to wrestle one another, but it will be in AAA at TripleMania XXIX on August 14 for the AAA Mega Championship. You can see that Twitter exchange below:
