Batista Responds to Stephen Amell Saying ‘Celebrity Angle’ Could Detract From WrestleMania 35
– During last night’s edition of Monday Night Raw, Triple H confronted Batista, setting up a No Holds Barred match between the two at WrestleMania 35. Earlier today, Arrow star Stephen Amell commented on the match on Twitter and shared his thoughts.
Amell said he didn’t want a “celebrity” angle to take away from the card. He wrote, “Just landed and found out about Batista and Triple H — Really pumped for the match but also don’t want to see a celebrity angle detract from an awesome wrestling card.”
Batista later responded to his fellow thespian on Twitter. He wrote back, “Considering that celebrity could actually f— someone up, and that celebrity is a former 6x heavyweight champ, and that celebrity is there because he loves it, maybe it just adds to the card. Maybe.”
In the past, Amell himself has wrestled in some special attraction matches for WWE and ROH.

Considering that celebrity could actually fuck someone up, and that celebrity is a former 6x heavyweight champ, and that celebrity is there because he loves it, maybe it just adds to the card. Maybe. https://t.co/RGztvWphiQ
