In a recent interview on The Ringer Wrestling Show, Big E discussed his excitement for Liv Morgan becoming SmackDown Women’s Champion, being impressed by Angelo Dawkins, and much more. You can read his comments below.

Big E on who has stood out for him with the current WWE product and his excitement for Liv Morgan becoming SmackDown Women’s Champion: “It’s been 13 years of doing this, and a lot of my friends are in the company, so I always root for them. I would say for me, I was really happy for Liv [Morgan] because I’ve seen how hard she works and has worked for years and years to get better. Seeing her improve, seeing how much she wants this, seeing her show up early and stay up late on a consistent basis – this isn’t something she just started doing, but this has been something she’s been doing for a long time now training at the Dungeon 2.0 that Natty and TJ have. I’m just so happy for her. She’s such a good soul and works hard, and I think she’s a unique personality as well. I also take my hat off to someone like Becky [Lynch] because getting to the top is hard, but staying there and continuing to evolve – when you drop the title and still find ways to evolve your character and stay relevant, I’m such a fan of hers as a human being and see what she’s done.”

On being impressed by Angelo Dawkins: “I’ve been singing Montez [Ford]’s praises for a while, but you know what? We have to give some more love to Dawkins. Dawkins has been stepping up. Outside of the ring, he’s so laid-back, and sometimes you forget the caliber of athlete and entertainer he is because that’s just how he is. But I’ve been really impressed. He just seems like someone who has heard all the Montez praise and said, ‘Yeah, that’s my guy, but I’m gonna show y’all too.'”

On why he’s such a big fan of the Street Profits: “I’ve been such a big fan of them. Even just seeing them in NXT, seeing the way they rock the crowd. The thing is, I love them so much as a tag team, but I also want to see them both do singles stuff. I don’t want to see a breakup, but I also want to see them [in singles action]. I think they’re both incredibly talented, and I want to see them take off.”
