Billie Starkz Recalls Teaming Up With Satoshi Kojima At AEW WrestleDream 2023

Billie Starkz tagged with Satoshi Kojima at AEW WrestleDream last year, and she recently looked back on the experience. Starkz, Athena, Keith Lee, and Kojima defeated Diamante, Mercedes Martinez, Shane Taylor, and Lee Moriarty at the 2023 show, and she spoke about working with Kojima during her recent conversation with Fightful.

“It’s nuts,” Starkz said. “I feel like who I came in contact with in wrestling is truly mind boggling to me. When I pull up my cagematch, I’m like, ‘Oh my God, I have been in the ring with this person and they are a legend. How are you still wrestling?’ Even sharing the ring with Shibata before shows.”

She continued, “I told Nick Wayne, when he got to wrestle Shibata, I was the most jealous person in the world.”

Starkz battled Athena at ROH Final Battle for the company’s Women’s World Championship but failed to win the title.
