Brock Lesnar Cashes In Money in the Bank, Wins Universal Title at Extreme Rules (Pics, Video)

– Brock Lesnar took advantage and cashed to win the WWE Universal Championship at Extreme Rules. Lesnar came out following the Winners Take All Universal Championship and Raw Women’s Championship tag team match, giving a weakened Seth Rollins two German suplexes before cashing in and hitting the F-5 for the pinfall. Lesnar’s opportunism came after Rollins lost it when Baron Corbin gave Becky Lynch the End of Days, causing the then-Champion to deliver three straight Curb Stomps to get the pinfall victory. Rollins’ run ends at 99 days, having won the title at WrestleMania 35 from Lesnar. This is Lesnar’s third run with the championship.
