Bruce Prichard Thinks A Ken Shamrock/Kurt Angle Rivalry Would Have Had “Instant Chemistry”
Speaking recently on the Something To Wrestle podcast, Bruce Prichard theorized on the possibilities if Kurt Angle had ever been able to face off with Ken Shamrock (via Wrestling Inc). Prichard thinks that a storyline between the two could have carried audience interest had circumstaces allowed, with both men’s backgrounds and fightfing methodolgies contributing to a significant rivalry. On why a Shamrock/Angle feud would have been a solid option: “It would have been great, and I think that they would have had instant chemistry. You know, Kurt Angle and Ken Shamrock — just let them go, man. They wouldn’t have to discuss a damn thing. I think they would make beautiful music together. Unfortunately, that one never happened, but it would have been great, would have liked to have seen that, sure.”
