Various News: Cody Rhodes Files for ‘Dusty Rhodes’ Trademark, Starrcast Files New Trademarks, NOAH Announces Livestream
– As previously reported, AEW executive Cody Rhodes filed two trademarks recently for “The American Dream” and “The American Nightmare.” Also, PWInsider reports that on March 11, Rhodes applied to another trademark, “Dusty Rhodes.” The trademark by Cody Rhodes was filed under “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibits and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer.”
– In other trademark news, PWInsider also reports that Starrcast applied for the trademark “Jim Crockett Promotions” and “10 Pounds of Gold” with the following description: “G & S: Bandanas; Hats; Hooded sweat shirts; Shirts; Athletic shirts; Polo shirts; T-shirts” and “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, providing webcasts in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, storytelling; Entertainment services, namely, providing podcasts in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment; Entertainment services, namely, providing video podcasts in the field of professional wrestling and sports entertainment.”
