Cody Rhodes Takes Shots at WWE and NXT at ROH Event

– Sportskeeda reports that Cody Rhodes took shots at WWE’s live NXT event in San Antonio, Texas that was held on Friday, November 17. On the same day, ROH was also holding an event in the same city.

During the show, the ROH world champion stated that ROH’s event in San Antonio, Texas while NXT was going on in the same area. He also is said to have taken a shot at WWE’s “cease and desist” order for The Young Bucks’ use of the “Too Sweet” hand gesture. Rhodes also attempted to mockingly use the gesture.

He also alleged that WWE had trouble selling tickets for the NXT event in the same city. Cody Rhodes’ wife, Brandi, also tweeted about the show being sold out and the meet-and-greet event having a record turnout. You can check out her tweet on the event below.
