Corey Graves Deletes Tweets Regarding Move to NXT Commentary

Corey Graves has removed the social media posts he made regarding his move to the WWE NXT commentary team. As previously reported, Graves posted to social media on Monday night talking about how he lost his dream job as an in-ring talent and moved to commentary, where he became “f***ing awesome at it” before being told “you’re not famous enough for your own job.” Later in the day he posted that he had “a lot to say” and promoted last night’s NXT.

Graves did not appear on NXT commentary last night and was not referenced on the show; the reports yesterday noted that the comments were not a work and were things he had said privately over the last week after being moved to NXT starting at New Year’s Evil.

The two tweets are now deleted. PWInsider reports that no announcement was made internally at last night’s NXT about Graves other than that he would not be appearing on the episode. No word as to his status at this time.
