AJ counters the Angle slam, but Angle counters and stacks up AJ with a roll up and gets the win. Kurt Angle defeated AJ Styles @ 15:50 via pin [***¾] This was an overall very, very good match and another fitting installment in their TNA history, even if it wasn’t up to the standards of some of the truly great matches they had in the past. Styles was introducing the calf killer here, and it would have really meant more if he had won with it especially with the story being that Angle’s leg was injured. The only major issue I had here is that Angle really shouldn’t have won here.

– End scene.
