Sakai runs wild and Rose bails to the floor and Sakai follows with a high cross. Post break, and Sakai heads up top and hits the missile dropkick for 2. Rose finally cuts her off with a side slam for 2. Rose now chokes her out in the ropes and then locks on a half crab. Sakai makes the ropes. Sakai now lays in strikes and fires up. Champion Sumie Sakai defeated Jenny Rose @ 7:47 via pin [***] This was a good back and forth match, with a good sense of urgency and the hottest crowd in a long time for a women of honor match.

Austin Aries & Phil Atlas vs. Moose & A1: Safe to say this is a Scott D’Amore special here as we’re in Windsor and Atlas & A1 are his guys. Aries and A1 to begin. Lots of stalling to begin as Aries threatens to hit s a grandma, but she shakes him off and gives Moose a kiss. A1 overpowers Aries to begin, tags in Moose and Aries runs away like a good chicken shit heel. Moose controls, working over Atlas and hitting a big boot. Moose runs wild and hits a senton, A1 in and covers for 2. Aries cuts off A1 and that allows Atlas to take control. Aries tags in and they work double teams on A1, Aries takes time to mock Moose, and then covers A1 for 2. More double teams by the heels follow as they isolate A1. A1 manages to fire back and Moose gets the hot tag and runs wild. Aries powders, allowing Moose to kick the shit out of Atlas. He runs wild with dropkicks and covers for 2. Aries breaks that up and attack, but Moose gets pissed and cuts off Aries until Atlas attacks. A1 in and hits a spinebuster, Aries takes him out with a rolling forearm, but Moose tosses Aries into Atlas. Aries sacrifices Atlas and Moose spears him for the win. Moose & A1 defeated Austin Aries & Phil Atlas @ 8:05 via pin [**¾] That was a pretty good little match that played well into the Aries/Moose dynamic ahead of their PPV clash.

RVD vs. Matt Hardy: Lock up to begin, they battle around the ring, and to the corner they go. Hardy with a cheap shot, but RVD back with rights. They trade mid-ring, and RVD drops him with a kick. Monkey flip try by RVD, but Hardy stun guns him. A clothesline follows, and Hardy slams RVD to the corner. More rights by Hardy, off the ropes and RVD counters and dropkicks Hardy. Hardy bails to the floor, crowd loves RVD here. Dropkick by RVD knocks Hardy back to the floor, and as RVD tries a slingshot, Hardy trips him up and RVD hits the apron face first. Hardy slams him to the corner, more rights follow. V tries a suplex, counter by RBD, sets Hardy on the railing, to the apron, and gets the corkscrew leg drop! RVD tosses Hardy back into the ring, but as he reenters the ring, Hardy connects with a double arm DDT and covers for 2. Back to the floor and Hardy beats down RVD, and then presses him onto the railing, dropping him throat first. RVD makes it to his feet and struggles to get back into the ring. Leg drop by Hardy, and a cover for 2. Elbows by Hardy follow now, and RVD is down again. Butterfly into a rolling submission hold by Hardy. RVD manages to get the ropes, and Hardy breaks. Hardy to his feet and lays the boots to RVD. Catapult by Hardy, and RVD catches his throat on the bottom rope. Hardy covers for 2. Seated full nelson by Hardy follows, RVD to his feet, but Hardy drops down and then covers for 2. Hardy slaps RVD now, RVD fights back, but a cravat by Hardy works on the already targeted neck of RVD. RVD escapes, off the ropes, to the corner and Hardy charges in, sent to the apron and snaps RVD’s neck off the ropes. Hardy up top, leaps in and eats a sidekick from RVD. BOTH men are down now. To their feet, RVD gains momentum and lays out Hardy. Rolling thunder countered, but RVD gets a moonsault for 2. To the corner, kick by RVD and now a slam. Split legged moonsault by RBD connects for 2. Side effect by Hardy, and a cover gets 2. Hardy now sets and waits for RVD to get to his feet, twist of hate countered, spin kick by RVD drops Hardy. RVD now goes up top, Hardy up and nails RVD with a right. Hardy up top with RVD, RVD fights him off but Hardy fights back with a right and backdrops him to the mat. Hardy up top, but he MISSES the moonsault! That allows RVD to hit the frog splash for the win. RVD defeated Matt Hardy @ 14:00 via pin [**¾] This was an overall pretty good match between two veterans. They worked hard and played the hits, but it never really got out of second gear.

– End scene.
