– Follow all of my reviews at this link.

Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross vs. Peyton Royce and Billie Kay: This was set up last week when Riot demanded a handicap match here to get revenge on the iconic duo; Regal refused but did grant a tag match, if she could find a partner. Riot basically planned to do it on her own, and arrived for the match by herself. She took control at the bell, but quickly got cut off and the iconic duo took control as we see Nikki Cross creeping towards ringside. Royce maintains control; working knee strikes and then ties Riot up in the ropes. Kay & Royce continue to double team Riot, working quick tags. A miscommunication between the iconic duo allows Riot to back away to her corner and Nikki Cross tags herself in. Cross runs wild, kicking the shit out of the duo as Riot watched on nor knowing what to make of this, Cross hits the fisherman’s neck breaker, and tags out to Riot. Cross bails, allowing Riot to hit the top rope senton for the win. Ruby Riot and Nikki Cross defeated Peyton Royce and Billie Kay @ 4:05 via pin [**] This was a solid little match, with a more interesting story. Riot looked completely confused, as she and Cross have never been friends in NXT canon. It seems as if they are trying to create some interesting dynamics before they crown a new champion.

– We see footage of Tino Sabatelli and Riddick Moss giving Gargano shit last week at the PC, which brings us to our next match…

– No Way Jose is sick and tired of Lars killing him, and challenges him to a match next week. You had a good 29-years brother.

Johnny Gargano vs. Riddick Moss w/Tino Sabatelli: Moss looks to overpower Gargano to begin, Gargano looks to outwrestle him but Moss takes him down. Moss then tosses Gargano across the ring with ease, Gargano picks up the pace but Moss counters the RANA. Gargano slides out and runs into a back elbow. Moss follows with knee strikes and elbows. He tosses Gargano to the corner and we take a break. Post break, and Moss is working an abdominal stretch. Gargano fights out but gets slammed to the corner. Moss lays in body strikes, and works over Gargano in the corner. He then whips him from corner to corner, Gargano tries to fire up with strikes and avoids a charge and hits the seated kick. He sends Moss to the floor, and hits the cannonball off of the apron. Back in and Gargano fights off Tino, but Moss attacks an looks for a powerbomb, Gargano escapes into the Gargano escape but Moss makes the ropes. Gargano is stunned as commentary wonders if he’s questioning himself. Moss hits the sack of shit slam, but Gargano fights off Tino and hits the slingshot spear for the win. Johnny Gargano defeated Riddick Moss @ 6:45 via pin [*½] Moss took 90% of the match, and it was really rough. There’s a reason we don’t see him working a lot of singles at this stage. They are still selling that Gargano isn’t quite himself following the DIY breakup.

The Street Profits vs. The Ealy Brothers: One of the Ealys steal Dawkins’ headband and gets punched in the face. Ford in and the Profits take control, hitting the AWA special twice. The Ealys do the twin switch and make a comeback, working over Ford a bit. We get tags to the fresh men, Dawkins runs wild with a dropkick, elbows and corner splashes. The spinebuster and frog splash finish the Ealys. The Street Profits defeated The Ealy Brothers @ 2:50 via pin [NR] This was another solid win for the Profits as they stay undefeated on NXT TV. The Ealys have a great look, but are still projects.

– The Street Profits celebrate with the fans.

– We get a big farewell video for Asuka, putting over her run in NXT and including comments from various stars putting her over big time. It was a great video package.

– William Regal then says that he’ll let us know in the coming weeks about how a new Women’s Champion will be determined. We know Mae Young Classic winner Kairi Sane will be involved, but this was filmed before her win.

– Next week, for the first time, Aleister Black speaks.

– Wolfgang is interviewed about his title shot, which is coming up next; he plans to win. Dunne walks by, they try to interview him, but he keeps walking because he gives no fucks.

WWE UK Title Match: Champion Pete Dunne vs. Wolfgang: Wolfgang and Dunne beat Mustache Mountain, with Wolfgang picking up the pin, and earning himself a title shot here tonight. Dunne grounds the action right away, working the arm of Wolfgang. Wolfgang to his feet, Dunne keeps targeting the arm but Wolfgang takes him down with a cravat. Dunne then lights him up with forearms and kicks, goes back to the arm but Wolfgang gets some amateur takedowns and hits a gut wrench suplex. The corner splash follows, Wolfgang up top but Dunne cuts him off, doing the finger break spot and following with an apron DDT. Post break, Dunne works a hanging kimura, keeping the focus on the arm but Wolfgang powers out into a suplex to escape. They trade back and forth, but Wolfgang cuts off Dunne with a big spear and Dunne rolls to the floor. Wolfgang then wipes out Dunne with a tope, and then back in hits a moonsault for the near fall. Dunen counters back, hitting the x-plex and then heads up top. Wolfgang stops that, follows him up top and hits a stalling superplex. Wolfgang back up top, but the senton is countered into an arm bar by Dunne. Wolfgang fights, escapes and runs into a big forearm. Kicks follow but Wolfgang hits the pop up powerslam for 2. Dunne hits a German, but Wolfgang hits a lariat. Dunne fights back, hitting the forearm to counter the popup powerslam; the bitter end finishes Wolfgang. Champion Pete Dunne defeated Wolfgang @ 7:55 via pin [***] This was a good match, but with the unlikely chance that the title would change hands, it missed that one really good and believable near fall from Wolfgang to make it anything more than good. They worked hard and it was an enjoyable main event.

– Post match, Cole and the Gang (Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly) arrive and Dunne is down to scrap, attacking O’Reilly. He falls to the numbers game, so Wolfgang makes the save like a nice young lad. Unfortunately for him, Dunne’s an asshole and bails on him. He teases coming back to help, but just grabs the UK strap and bails. What a spectacular asshole. Tyler Bate and Trent Seven arrive as Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly bail.

– The show then ends with Mustache Mountain and Wolfgang staring down with Adam Cole, Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly; I’m down for that match. We’re getting Tyler Bate and Trent Seven vs. Bobby Fish and Kyle O’Reilly next week. Still cool.

– End scene.

– Thanks for reading.

Tonight’s episode of NXT TV was a solid show, with a good main event, some intrigue added to the women’s division and a potentially great tag match set for next week.
